Wishful sleep - March 28, 2007

Ever wish for a day that you can sleep all day. Lollie gag in the bed. No phones. No work. Just a day to escape from anything and everything. I am at one of those times right now. I do not mean be sick to do it. Just a my day to sleep, sleep and sleep some more. Doesn’t ever happen here because doggies and kitty cat wake me up every morning. They are on my schedule and some times sleep more than I do in the morning. I am a night worker so they are pretty much on my schedule.
I can have wishful thinking though. Once I am up there are things to do, people to talk to or see, and things to do. So will make this short so I can get my usual amount of sleep.
I know one doggie is ready for bed as he lets me know by going in and out of the doggie door waiting to see if I am slipping off to bed.
I am thankful for so much to day. The people who helped into some right direction, the lady who made my lunch at the Subway shop. The phone calls I had. The wellness of a cousin. Those that are doing well through the tornadoes in Texas. My prayers to all that are going through them right now.
