Delightful Day - March 27, 2007

Written by patti on March 28th, 2007 in Thoughts.

I escaped for lunch with two close friends today for about four hours.  We get together about every six weeks.  Always a day of kibitzing about everything from our high school days to what is going on with ourselves, their hubbies, children, grandchildren so forth.  Not one of us look our age.  I didn’t want to remind them that they are older than me.  **grin** They both have had their 65th birthday and mine isn’t until June.  None of us look or act or age.  Two of us still have our natural colored hair.  The other lady looks like she grayed early with her salt and pepper hair.

Why would I admit my age?  Because I think age tells a lot about your experiences of life.  Spiritually young is the most important.  I have always found youngness comes from within.  If you think old you will be old.  If you think things they can happen.  Be careful because the subconscious is like a trap.  It hears and retains information that you do not really want.  Becareful of what you hear and see.  Do you want it or not?  Much I do not.  I want to hear all good things.

Some things are life things that can be changed.  It is why a psychic can see into your life.  Out of everything can come positive.  Some times you just have to take a look to find the positive.

Today seemed to be positive in every way and every place I went.  Work is always positive to me.  A good things that I always work towards in talking to people and clients is that they go away from me smiling or laughing.

One of my favorite books has been for twenty some years was written by Florence Scovill Shinn.  A truth teacher in the 1925 era. (yes, truth has been taught for years.)  The book is called “The Game of Life and How to Play It”.  The latest book all about positive and action is the “The Secret” by about four authors so I have been told.  It is on my list to read or get the DVD player.

I can go on about today but time to sign off for the day.  Please note for the future, if you find mistakes in my weblog (blog) it is because I do not rereard what I write.

I am thankful today for my three friends whom I have known since high school.  Returning to my hometown area has been so thankful finding the three friends I was with today has been a great example.  Thankful for all the emails I have received in comfort from my brothers death.  Thankful for having so much contact because of the internet with people around the world. Thankful for my work every day.  Thankful to be able to do most everything I want to.  Thankful for the endless supply of money that supports me to do so much.  Also thankful for this for my clients.  Thankful for food, home and the great things that happen here every day.

God bless everyone!  Have a happy eventful day.
