I’M BACK, SORRY I WAS AWOL. I was in Hospital ICU

I want to apologize to any of you who may have sought me out this past week (9/1, 9/2). I just spent four days in ICU, two of those days in an induced coma. I was brought into the hospital in full respiratory arrest on 9/1 around 1:00AM. I did not return to consciousness until late Tuesday afternoon. I had no computer access or phone list with me. I was also not experiencing the greatest thought clarity. I was still full of drugs and dealing with the shock of coming to consiousness intubated, cathatered and bound to a hospital bed. According to my doctors and nurses, I am a miracle of recovery. They had all thought I would, at the very least, be badly brain damaged. I do not yet have the strength to key-board for a lengthy time, but would like to leave everyone with one thought: I have my life, and mostly still have my brain functions, because someone knew CPR and started it the second I collapsed. If you can, learn CPR…you could one day perform miracles…I certainly plan to learn it.
