We have now entered, Numerological speaking, an Eleven Universal year. Eleven and twenty-two are the only numbers that do not get reduced to a single digit as they are the two master numbers. Eleven is a master vibration when futuristic ideas come to the fore. It would be a year when people will want to know about deep inner truths of self and of self in relation to the Universe. Eleven is very much about idealism; it’s not surprising that we start this eleven year with Obama as our new president. He has an energy, enthusiasm, and lovely family that is reminiscent of John F. Kennedy of the “Camelot Years”. He promised change that is more in line with correcting the economic injustices of the last administration than the other candidate did. In an eleven universal year the world is ready to explore, develop new insights and to take on new idealistic causes; as well as look for avenues to spiritual enlightenment.
Before we all get too happy about all this, let’s remember that not everyone’s idealistic causes are necessarily a “good” thing. Hitler was an idealist who did explore paths to spiritual enlightenment. His were just on the “dark” side. It’s up to those of us who hold ideals and follow spiritual paths that are in the “light”, so to speak, to be strong and keep pushing for change. We can’t afford to be complacent.
2008, Numerologically speaking, was a four personal year for me. This would normally be a year for giving solid structure to all things that were set in motion, whether it be career, relationship, long term projects, etc. Apparently, I had not set the right things in motion during my one throught three years as it seems much of my life fell apart in 2008. I had to structure things I had not expected. The first, having to be a caretaker for my mom and still managing my career. Almost dying gave me a clue that I needed to set new foundations and priorities and finally, the loss of one of my sources of income finished giving me the cosmic ”clue by four” that I needed to make some changes. Luckily, four is followed by five. In numerology one is creation; the start of a new nine year cycle. It is the opportunity to formulate and start the gears in motion for a new direction or long term project. If it wasn’t done right, as my four indicated to me, five is re-creation; this year is the apex and turning point in the nine year cycle. A good year for surprises, taking chances and once again setting gears in motion.
I must admit that I do seem to have “cleaned house” during my four year, almost dying put a lot of things in perspective in terms of what is really important and what isn’t, and as much as I didn’t want to start over, again, I feel better and less stressed than I have for years.
HAPPY 2009 EVERYBODY.
