NUMEROLOGY ANYONE? (AND SCHEDULE CHANGE, AVAILABILITY)

Written by christine on Friday, April 20th, 2007 in General.

I’ve been thinking about how much I love Numerology and what I can do with it on line.  You see, a complete chart takes me some time to do, then a good chunk of time to fully explain.  I can explain an abbreviated chart in 15 to 20 minutes if I have the information ahead of time.  There is a “contact me” form on the site.  The information I need to do any kind of chart is your full name, exactly as spelled on your birth certificate and your birth date.  From this, in a short reading, I can tell you your major strengths and weaknesses, the lessons you need to be learning this lifetime, as well as what you should working on this year (as well as the next 8 years after that).  In a ten minute reading, just using your birth date, I can tell you what you should be working on in any given calendar year as well as your life’s major challenges.  Particularly if I’m only working with the birth date,  you can also give me the information when you call to make sure I’m available and we’ll set a call back time.  I studied Numerology under Vera Scott Johnson almost 30 years ago and taught it in her school in the mid 1980s.  I love it and find it a very useful tool in my own life.

***My schedule will shortly be changed again to state that I’m still working Tuesday nights from 6:00PM to Midnight.  You can always give me a call at other times to see if I’m available, if I’m home and not in the middle of wet paint or knee deep in soil in the yard, I’ll gladly pick up and do a reading.

Musings on blogging, fitness, pets……

I know I’m a good writer and also know I’m not part of the computer generation. I’m reminded of this being faced with a computer screen and the thought of blogging.  Suddenly, I don’t know what to “blog” about.  Of course, I do appreciate how much easier corrections are to make than they were when I used pen and paper.  I spent part of today finally creating a schedule that allows me one obligation free day a week.  I am truly blessed that I make my living doing something that I not only love to do, but happen to be very good at as well.  That does not mean I don’t need some time off.  An opportunity to garden all day, or finally get to painting the kitchen and bathroom, or just vegetate and play with the cats and the dog sound very good to me.  I even made my day off a gym free day.  The thing with the way I make my living is……I sit…..and……I sit.  My hands get plenty of excercise shuffling cards and my mouth certainly does as well, the rest succumbs to my love of food and gravity.  If it weren’t for the dog and the yard……I would have had to stay home all the time for lack of clothes that fit.  So, I went back to the kind of exercise I’ve always enjoyed that works for me.  I pump iron.  It’s working….slowly to be sure….but working.  I went down two sizes and my strength has returned to what it was in my thirties (when I was almost obsessed with fitness).  I’m pleased, I had my doubts I could do that well twenty years later.  I do push myself at the gym, it’s nice to get hot flashes that are not hormonal.  As I sit here, my youngest cat, Miss Thing, is driving me crazy…..the poor little girl is in heat.  Another thing to do with one of my weekly days off…..get her fixed.  At least, she’s so happy in her little world, she doesn’t even try to go out.  I guess she thinks I’ll bring a nice ”Tom” into the house for her.  She tries to seduce Scooter who has no idea what she wants and certainly can’t do anything for her.  I am blessed and grateful that I feed all my furred children dry food only and have not had to go through the pain so many pet owners are going through right now.  Many years ago, I lost all my pets (3 cats) within a few months and hope to never go through that again.  In my next blog entry, I’ll probably ramble on about the very interesting little California town I now call home.  I started out in Paris, France, then New York City and ended up in Northern California.  My back deck looks out onto the redwoods.  Somehow, I managed to end up in the little country town of my dreams still surrounded with the population diversity I was used to in New York.  Time to feed the furry kids and walk the dog.  To be continued…….
